How do I put shoes on my dog?

To put the shoes on, open them wide, slide the paw in, and tighten the strap snugly. Ensure the paw is flat inside and the strap is snug without cutting off circulation.

Do the shoes stay on during zoomies?

Yes, our shoes feature interior grippy material and a secure velcro strap, designed to stay on during zoomies if the correct size is chosen and the shoes are secured properly.

How long can my dog wear shoes for?

Dogs sweat through their paw pads, it is recommended to limit your dog’s wear to less than 3 hours to maintain paw health.

What should I do if my dog is hesitant to walk in the shoes?

It’s normal for dogs to take time adjusting. Start indoors with two shoes, encourage walking and reward with treats or use a toy to encourage play. Gradually increase to four shoes and short walks, your dog will be strutting in no time. Patience and positive reinforcement are key to helping your dog adapt.

Are the shoes waterproof?

Our dog sneakers are water resistant, providing protection in various weather conditions. Our dog winter boots are fully waterproof for maximum protection in rain, snow, and wet terrain.

What do I do if my dog ate the shoes?

If your dog has ingested shoes, monitor them for any signs of distress and contact your vet promptly for guidance. Avoid inducing vomiting or administering medications without professional advice.

How do I determine the right size for my dog’s shoes?

Please refer to our dog shoe size guide and utilize our breed reference guide. For the most accurate fit, measure your dog’s paw.

What if my dog falls  between sizes?

It is advisable to choose the larger size for a comfortable fit.

How do I clean the shoes?

Spot clean the shoe with a toothbrush and dog shampoo.

For a deeper clean, place shoes in a delicate bag and wash on delicate with no scent detergent. Avoid using a drying machine.

Shipping and Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently offer standard and expediated shipping within the United States, which is our home base.

Additionally, we provide international shipping to various locations. Kindly note that international orders may be subject to duties upon delivery.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Standard: 5 to 8 business days, free on all orders
Expedited: 2 to 3 business days via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, calculated at checkout
Rush: Next business day via UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express, calculated at checkout

Orders placed after 1 PM EST with expedited or rush shipping will ship the following business day.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. During high volume periods like promotions and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that first time customers will also receive a sizing confirmation email prior to shipment, please respond to confirm your pup's size to avoid a $12 exchange fee. If you have ordered from us before no action is needed!

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also view tracking anytime by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.

My order says delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

First confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation e-mail. During busy periods tracking scans can take extra time to refresh.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for updates. If your order has not moved in 3 days please reach out to pawsbykai@gmail.com and we will help.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address when placing my order?

E-mail pawsbykai@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If it has shipped, we are not responsible for re-sending or refunding orders.
