Our Return Policy

At Paws by Kai, we are paws-itively committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to assist you. Please review the following guidelines for returns.

Eligible Items for Return/ Exchange:

We accept returns/exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise in its original product packaging within 14 days of your purchase. All four shoes should exhibit no signs of wear on the soles and be free from pet hair, maintaining the same condition as when you received them.

Return/Exchange Shipping and Handling Fee:

A discounted $8 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for US orders. Return shipping for international orders is based on current shipping rates, please email us to inquire.

For exchanges, a $12 shipping and handling fee applies, which partially covers the cost of outbound shipping on your new pair. We cover the remainder to make the process as easy as possible for you. A payment link will be sent to your email once your exchange is requested.

Initiating a Return:

Please e-mail pawsbykai@gmail.com with the following information  

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) being returned 
  • Reason for return or exchange 

Processing Time:

Upon receiving your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund, including applicable sales tax.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that sale items and shoes that have been worn or contain dog hair inside are not eligible for return.

Order Issues:

If your order has not arrived, please contact us via email. In case your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly address the issue.

Our Right to Decline Returns:

We may reserve returns not meeting the above criteria.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
