How To Measure

Step-by-step instructions to finding your pup’s perfect fit.

STEP 1

Place a blank piece of paper on the floor. Have a pen or pencil handy. Place your dog’s front paw on the piece of paper. Front paws tend to be slightly larger than back paws, so it’s important to measure your dog’s front paw.

STEP 2

Draw a line to the right and left of your dog’s paw. If they have long nails, mark the tip of their nails. Make sure to include only the size of their paw, not including their fur. Fur can be deceiving when it comes to paw sizes — your pup’s paw may be smaller than you think.

STEP 3

Remove your dog’s paw, and use a ruler to measure the width between the two lines you’ve drawn. Compare the width to the width listed in our sizing chart below. NOTE: If the width doesn’t match any of the sizing below, reach out to us and we can help size your pup!

Size Chart

All dogs are different! While looking at weight and typical breed is a great starting point, measuring your dog's paws and finding the correct width is the best way to find their best fit.
